                                 lemon vodka )

drink after drink after

 

it's my first-ever drink

i'm not sure what to do

                                 how much to swallow

it feels burning hot

                           then fuzzy

( tastes horrible )

 

i feel taller

i feel my way along wails towards the bathroom

spinning

slumping

             ( a loud shout? somewhere? knocking? )

back into marshie's room

crumbling into a corner

maybe it's late

i find my room door key fumbling fall

 

phil's in the can

                      ( for hours )

i'm banging on the door

he won't come out
